Suburiko, Rubber weight

This is a rubber weight (power-up practice weight) weighing approximately 200g that can be attached to a bamboo sword. It can be easily attached to your regular shinai, and by applying a load to your shinai while practicing, you can strengthen your wrist, improve your swing speed, and warm up (it feels lighter when you remove it after swinging). It is a training tool.
