Shipping methods and rates

We ship all orders via [Canada Post/your preferred carrier]. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and dimensions.

 Processing and delivery time 

 Processing time: 1-3 business days (for Kendo Geeks product 1-5 days) - Delivery time: Varies by location - Within Canada: 3-10 business days - International: 7-21 business days.  Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

 Tracking information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the tracking number provided.

Please note that some shipping methods do not include tracking: - **Canada Post Small Packet USA Air**: This is an economical, untracked shipping option. Delivery typically takes 5-8 business days, but tracking and delivery confirmation are not available. We recommend this option for low-value items only. - **Tracked shipping options**: For peace of mind, we recommend choosing Tracked Packet USA or other tracked services, which provide full tracking and delivery confirmation. If your order is shipped without tracking, we cannot provide updates on its location or confirm delivery. 

 Packaging

We take great care to package all items securely to ensure they arrive safely. All kendo equipment is carefully wrapped and protected during transit.
