Return and Refund Policy
Kendo Thrift Shop specializes in pre-owned and secondhand kendo equipment. All items are sold in as-is condition and have been thoroughly described and photographed to reflect their current state.
No Returns / Refunds or Exchanges:
We do not accept returns / refunds or exchanges under normal circumstances.
Shipping Damage
While we take great care in packaging all items securely, damage may occasionally occur during transit. If your item arrives damaged:
- Please document the damage with photos immediately upon delivery.
- Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging
- We will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and resolve the issue
Please note that claims for shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
